Overview

Serves 4 • Prep 5 min • Cook 30–35 min total. Choose 4 evenly sized floury potatoes (about 250 g each).

Ingredients

• 4 baking potatoes • 2 tbsp olive oil • Sea salt • Fillings to taste (tuna mayo, beans, cheese)

Method

1. Prick potatoes; microwave on a rack 800 W 8–10 min until yielding.

2. Rub with oil and salt; bake 200 °C 15–20 min (or Combi 190 °C + 200–300 W 12–15 min) until skins crackle.

3. Split, fluff, and fill.

Tips & Substitutions

For extra crunch, finish under grill 2–3 min. Smaller potatoes need less time.
